My name is Lisaura, a licensed clinical counselor, relationship therapist, and dance therapist who helps adults like you find the connection between your head, heart, and body so you can be truly present in your relationships.
I am here to help you move from painful relationship cycles to more secure ones, whether that be with yourself or with others.
Together, we will explore your unique dance of connection, listening to your body and non-verbal cues to become receptive to the emotional experiences of your partner or other relationships.

Through individual relationship counseling, dance therapy, and couples workshops I help adults gain a deeper connection with themselves and others. Together we will move beyond talking about the last fight you had, your insecurity at work, or the anxiety you've been wearing all day and use movement to get you to break patterns of relating that have kept you emotionally isolated and in pain.
